The Mandela Washington Fellowship Cameroon marks a decade of transformational leadership with a dynamic series of events scheduled from April to May 2025. This milestone 10th Anniversary Celebration brings together fellows, alumni, U.S. Embassy representatives, and the public in a rich calendar of dialogues, collaborations, and celebrations across Cameroon.
With four major roundtables hosted in Garoua, Buea, and Yaoundé, the event series will spotlight themes central to the Fellowship’s mission: youth empowerment, innovation, governance, and partnerships. Each session serves as a platform to reflect on past achievements while shaping the future of African leadership.

The celebration culminates on May 24 with a double-featured day:
⚽ A Friendly Football Match in the morning at Stade Militaire, Yaoundé — pitting alumni against youth leaders to promote unity and health.
🎩 A grand Gala Dinner & Anniversary Celebration at the Hilton Hotel, Yaoundé — a black-tie evening honoring 10 years of growth, hosted in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy and special guests.
